PBS was established in 2002 by Peter Bird following a 25 year career in social housing. We undertake consultancy where we can give an objective view of your organisation, assessing it against your own internal controls, TSA requirements, KLOEs and best practice. We would typically develop a prioritised action plan to address the issues identified and we can assist you with the implementation. Feedback from our clients shows that they particularly appreciate our thorough and practical approach to this work.

Teams in housing
We have joined forces with TeamR, a specialist consultancy in the area of dispersed teams. TeamR has worked with numerous organisations in the public and private sectors to improve eficiency amongst teams working across broad geographical areas. They are not a 'team building' consultancy as such but with improved efficiency comes greater staff satisfaction and better team dynamics.
We have worked with TeamR to deliver public seminars and we are also able to provide in-house events to give a taster as to what we can offer to those working in dispersed housing teams. If you'd like to know more please get in touch.
