Performance Validation

We have worked at numerous associations and local authorities undertaking assessment of, and commenting on, performance indicators and performance reporting arrangements:

  • We worked for HouseMark undertaking PI Validation of PIs at a number of associations across the south of the UK. PI assessed were for rent collection and service charges, tenant satisfaction generally (STATUS survey questions) and with repairs, Stock condition (Decent Homes and SAP data) and void data including void periods.
  • Work with a local authority validating BVPIs as it prepared for CPA Block Service Assessments.
  • Work for an association analysing the reliability of information provided by its repairs and maintenance service provider to give assurance that the data was robust and making recommendations where issues were identified.
